Choosing what your site receives

Narrow the content other members offer you by language, topic, words and domains.

The block on your pages shows content from other members of the network. Two tabs in Traffman → Settings decide what may end up there.

Language and topics

The Targeted content tab holds two settings.

Language chooses between Language of the displayed post, which keeps the recommendation in the language of the page it appears on, and Any languages, which allows everything.

Content topic for your site takes topic tags, one per line. Leave the field empty and any topic is accepted.

Blacklist

The Blacklist tab is the opposite: it lists what you never want to receive.

Words is a list of stop-words, one per line – content containing them is skipped.

Site domains does the same for sources, so nothing from the listed domains is offered to your site.

The plugin corrects the entered values automatically when they are saved, so it is worth re-reading both lists afterwards.

Not to be confused with

These settings only affect what your site displays. What your site offers to the network is chosen separately – see choosing content for the exchange.
